Outlook Calendar Sync Update (Internet Explorer Only Update - All Sites) - We updated the Communication Log so that when you add a follow-up date and time to MS Outlook, the calendar file will now include the individual's contact information and a link back to the person's Back Office Questionnaire. We did this so that when you schedule an appointment and sync up you calendar with Outlook, you'll have all of your contacts information at your fingertips.
Sell Your House Forum Update (Short Form on Buy Site) - The Short Sell Your House Form on your buy websites has been modified. Now when your sellers complete the form, the form no longer retains the information they entered on the public website form. This way sellers can easily add another property which will result in a new lead instead of the new property information overwriting the previous lead information. However, all the information they enter is still stored in the database and emailed to you as usual. |
